The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, driving process excellence, ensuring compliance, improving delivery performance, and enabling sustainable growth. This role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of the US staffing lifecycle, and the ability to collaborate closely with sales, recruitment, HR, and finance teams.Key Responsibilities:Operations & Strategy:• Oversee day-to-day operations of the US Staffing business, ensuring smooth and efficient execution across recruitment, delivery, compliance, payroll, and billing.• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals and revenue growth plans.• Establish and optimize SOPs, workflows, KPIs, and governance models to improve productivity and quality.US Staffing & Delivery Management:• Manage end-to-end US staffing operations including contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements.• Ensure strong delivery performance across IT and Non-IT staffing engagements.• Drive vendor management, MSP/VMS operations, and client delivery excellence.Compliance & Risk Management:• Ensure adherence to US labor laws, immigration policies (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.), background checks, and documentation.• Oversee compliance related to I-9, E-Verify, payroll, timesheets, invoicing, and audits.• Mitigate operational, legal, and financial risks.Team Leadership & Management:• Lead and mentor operations, recruitment, and support teams.• Build high-performing teams with clear accountability, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.• Drive employee engagement, training, and leadership development.Financial & Performance Management:• Own operational budgets, cost controls, margins, and profitability metrics.• Work closely with finance teams on forecasting, billing, collections, and revenue assurance.• Track and report operational performance to leadership with actionable insights.Client & Stakeholder Management:• Act as a key point of contact for strategic clients, vendors, and partners.• Ensure high client satisfaction, SLA adherence, and long-term relationship building.• Support business development and sales teams with operational insights and scalability plans.Process Improvement & Technology:• Drive automation and adoption of ATS, VMS, CRM, and reporting tools.• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for speed, quality, and compliance.• Lead change management initiatives as the organization scales.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.• 15+ years of experience in US Staffing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or operations head role.• Strong knowledge of US staffing models, MSP/VMS programs, compliance, and immigration processes.• Proven experience in scaling staffing operations and managing P&L or operational budgets.• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Skills:• Experience working with US clients and offshore delivery models.• Hands-on experience with ATS/VMS platforms.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.Why Join Us:• Opportunity to lead and scale a growing US Staffing business.• High-impact leadership role with strategic decision-making authority.• Collaborative work environment with long-term growth opportunities.Requirements added by the job poster• 10+ years of work experience with International Staffing• 5+ years of work experience with Process Improvement Analysis• Can start immediately• Working in an onsite setting• Master's Degree• 10+ years of work experience with Delivery Performance
