The role is based in Madhyamgram with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, financial reporting, and budget management. Responsibilities will include developing strategies to optimize financial performance, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and providing strategic recommendations to the executive team. The CFO will ensure compliance with financial regulations while offering insights to support business growth and sustainability.QualificationsExpertise in Financial Planning and Finance.Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating complex business operations and identifying financial trends.Proven leadership, decision-making, and team management experience.Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying financial insights to stakeholders.A qualified Chartered Accountant or an advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is highly preferred.Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.
