The role demands a balance of hands-on technical depth and architectural leadership, especially in environments with 40+ integrations, performance-critical systems, and strict governance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and govern enterprise-grade integrations on ServiceNow.Manage and optimize a large integration ecosystem (40+ integrations).Analyze integration performance, response times, and throughput.Drive performance tuning, monitoring, and proactive issue prevention.Establish and enforce platform integration governance standards.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative BT-style environment.Support incident analysis, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide architectural guidance while remaining hands-on when required.Ensure scalability, reliability, and observability of integrations.Contribute to future-ready initiatives including AIOps / GAIA where applicable.Must-Have SkillsStrong ServiceNow integration experience (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs).Proven experience handling 40+ integrations in enterprise environments.Expertise in performance optimization & monitoring.Strong analytical skills for response time analysis and tuning.Hands-on + architectural experience (not just design-level).Platform governance and integration standards experience.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Good-to-Have SkillsGAIA / AIOps exposure.Experience in large telecom / enterprise environments.Knowledge of observability tools and integration monitoring frameworks.
