*Job Description – Freelance Performance Coach (Premium Car Brand)*Locations: Delhi, Bangalore, MumbaiWe are urgently hiring freelance Performance Coaches for Premium Car Brand as part of a pilot program.About the RoleAs a Performance Coach, you will work closely with Premium Car Brand’s Sales, Training and Sales Quality Teams to enhance dealership sales effectiveness. You will conduct dealership visits, coach sales teams, assess sales processes, and provide improvement reports.*Key Responsibilities*-Conduct dealership visits and evaluate sales processes, customer handling, infrastructure readiness, and team performance.-Interact with senior dealership management and provide coaching to sales teams.-Prepare and submit visit reports within 2 days as per Client's formats.-Work closely with Premium Car Brand's Sales Team, Sales Quality & Training Teams, and coordinate with the Sales Zonal Team for all dealership-related activities.-Maintain a professional appearance (Business Formals – Blazer/Suit) during all field visits.-Prioritize the project and remain flexible with scheduled training/visit dates.*Eligibility & Experience*Automobile industry experience is mandatory.Must have Sales experience at OEM or Dealership level, minimum Assistant Sales Manager or above.Experience in Sales Quality, Sales Process Management or similar roles is an added advantage.Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.Minimum Graduate qualification.Mature, confident, and able to interact with senior leadership at dealerships.Delhi Coach – Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, KolkataBangalore Coach- Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, HyderabadMumbai Coach- Mumbai, Surat, Pune, AhmedabadEngagement DetailsEngagement Type: FreelanceDuration: 3 months (40 days spread across the period)Training & Support: Client will train, coach and support the Coaches in all Sales Processes, HR and Infrastructure Management standards.
