The role involves handling incoming customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficientlyUnderstand customer issues and provide accurate solutionsResolve queries related to products/services, billing, or technical supportMaintain proper call etiquette and communication standardsDocument customer interactions and update CRM systemsEscalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when requiredMeet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction benchmarksEligibility Criteria:Education: Any Graduate Experience:Freshers are welcomeUp to 3 years of experience in customer support / BPO (Inbound Voice preferred)Qualification: Any GraduateInsurence Is good a Plus.Hindi and English is mandatory and Graduation is mandatory
