We build solutions in Video Analytics, including Face Recognition, Intelligent Traffic Management, Process Automation, Retail Analytics, Predictive Medical Analytics, and more.Visit us: We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist with 2–4 years of experience in tech recruitment and HR operations to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & OnboardingHandle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.Post job openings on recruitment platforms and LinkedIn.Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.Conduct background verification and reference checks.Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.Support employee onboarding and induction programs.HR Operations & Employee RecordsMaintain and update employee records and HR databases.Manage documentation for hiring, exits, promotions, and transfers.Ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.Prepare HR-related reports as requested.Employee Relations & EngagementHandle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Assist in employee engagement activities.Support issue resolution and communication between management and staff.Payroll & Benefits SupportCoordinate attendance and leave records for payroll processingSupport benefits enrolment and related communicationAssist with payroll audits when requiredCompliance & Policy ManagementEnsure adherence to labour laws and internal policiesMaintain and update HR documents and handbooksSupport compliance audits and statutory documentationQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field2–4 years of experience in HR with a focus on tech recruitmentWorking knowledge of labour laws and HR processesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with HRMS/HRIS is an added advantageStrong communication, coordination, and documentation skillsHigh level of confidentiality and attention to detailLocation: Bangalore
