We work quietly on select brands and are currently rebranding a café.We’re looking for a Marketing & Management Trainee who has taste, adapts fast, and actually gets the internet. You’ll work closely with the founders and be involved in real creative + strategic decisions, not just execution.What you’ll do:* Talk to clients and help manage day-to-day communication* Come up with content ideas that feel cinematic, not templated* Build and manage content calendars* Coordinate between creative, strategy, and execution teams* Help bring campaigns from idea → post → impactWhat we’re looking for:* Strong visual taste and a cinematic eye* Comfortable using AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.* Fast learner, highly adaptable* Knows internet culture, trends, and brand storytelling* Can communicate clearly and confidentlyExperience helps, but taste > titlesThis role is for you if:* You save ads, reels, and campaigns because of the vibe* You care about framing, mood, sound, and pacing* You believe tech should amplify creativity* Be available for on ground shootsHow to apply:Email team@ with:* A short intro* Links to any work / experiments (content, AI visuals, mood boards, writing, decks — anything that shows taste)* 3–5 brand accounts or campaigns you love and why* Online mentors and creators in your field who's work inspires you
