We @ BeKnown are looking for a Data Analytics Lead to drive Customer Profit & Loss Outcomes.If you're a data wizard, excited by 0-1 environments, and want end-to-end ownership of building data-driven decision systems (with AI-first workflows) for both internal and external stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you. Our initial focus has been providing e-commerce brands with (insanely) great services to grow profitably on Amazon e-commerce marketplaces across international markets (US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, MENA, etc.). We have a small talented team, PMF & a clear path to scaling aggressively, yet profitably.Our thesis:Exporting non-IT services is a big opportunity - we've started with growth services ($100bn US TAM alone)⁠Customers are looking for actual outcomes, not just software or people⁠Outcomes are driven by taking decisions which in turn require data, context & deep domain expertise About the RoleYou will:Break down making Decisions into –> Collecting data –> Transforming it –> Building rules → Automating when high confidence thresholds are metBe customer facing & solve problems that most positively impact their P&LUse AI-first workflows that can be scaled down the lineThis role has a clear long-term path to leading our Customer Success Team.Who are we looking for?A. Technical fit:Experience with data gathering (webscraping, browser automations etc) Comfortable with data transformation (Gsheet/excel, SQL, Python) Ahead of the curve on using AI (eg. have tried Claude Skills, talk vs. type to AI)(Bonus) Interest in e-commerce; Amazon experience is helpful but not required(Bonus) Experience managing external stakeholders C.
