From reels to full-scale campaigns, you will lead animation projects that captivate audiences and elevate our clients’ content. Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and animate high-quality visuals for social media, digital campaigns, ads, and explainer videosCollaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute compelling storytelling animationsLead animation projects end-to-end, from concept development to final delivery, managing timelines and revisionsMentor and guide junior animators, providing constructive creative feedbackStay updated with the latest trends in motion design, AI tools, and emerging technologies, and implement them in projectsWork with voiceovers, sound effects, and background scores to create seamless audio-visual experiencesManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency, quality, and brand guidelinesRequired Skills & Qualifications2.5 – 5 years of experience in animation or motion graphicsProficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere ProStrong understanding of motion design principles, visual storytelling, and AI-driven creative trendsAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage feedback loops efficientlyA strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of animated and motion contentTeam player with leadership potential and excellent communication skills
