Academic Leadership· Assist the Principal in planning, implementing, and monitoring academic programmes· Ensure CBSE/ICSE/State Board compliance (curriculum, assessment, NEP 2020)· Supervise lesson planning, syllabus completion, and academic calendars· Monitor student performance and guide remedial/enrichment programmes· Promote innovative teaching practices and use of ICT/AI tools in classrooms 2. Administrative Responsibilities· Manage day-to-day school operations in the absence of the Principal· Prepare timetables, teacher allotments, and substitution plans· Coordinate examinations, result analysis, and records· Oversee admissions, withdrawals, and student documentation· Ensure adherence to Delhi Directorate of Education (DoE) norms (for govt/aided schools) 3. Staff Management & Development· Supervise and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff· Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback· Organise teacher training, workshops, and capacity-building sessions· Support staff in implementing CBSE circulars and guidelines 4.
