Working together, we are Making every drive better™.Job DescriptionJob Title:Dy Manager (Facilities Management)Function:Facility ManagementPosition Focus:The Facility Manager will lead all India facility operations— End-to-end accountable for the overall development and execution of the real estate management function in the India and adjusting standards to local specifics.Ensuring safety, compliance, infrastructure reliability, and LT & ST capacity planning for Plants, GCCs and Corporate Functions. The role requires strong technical capability, regulatory compliance expertise, strategic planning, and execution leadership.Job Description:Provide technical leadership for new facility, facility upgrades, expansions, and modernization initiatives.Plan and lead all Facility Projects in India including manage infrastructure across plants, HQ and GCCs locations; ensure structural stability, preventive maintenance, and safe working conditions.Ensure compliance with the National Building Code of India for all existing and proposed facility projects.Optimize space utilization and capacity planning in all officesDrive DISH (Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health) compliance requirements in all manufacturing locations, including upgrades and documentation.Explore and provide leadership to transition to a Facility Management Outsourcing ModelDevelop preventive maintenance programs, energy-saving initiatives, and cost-optimized facility operations.Establish strong vendor management, contract governance, and service-level performance measurement for housekeeping and facility maintenance. Meanwhile monitoring and evaluating regional and local service provider contracts to improve quality and costs targetsEnsure that all workflow procedures and processes are regularly reviewed, updated and followed across represented RegionPartner with EHS, manufacturing, R&D, and corporate teams to drive facility excellence and operational continuityInvestigate and problem solve questionable data/reporting where necessary and escalate all serious issues to the Senior management.Experience:Minimum 15 years of experience in facility management within a manufacturing & office environment.Strong understanding of infrastructure management, Real&Estate related , utilities, statutory compliance, and project execution.Experience managing multi-location facilities will be an added advantage.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field preferred).
