This internship offers practical exposure to inside sales, student counseling, and enrollment processes within the EdTech sector.The ideal candidate is confident in communication, target-oriented, and interested in building a career in sales and business development.Key Responsibilities1. Telecalling & Lead Conversion (Primary Role)Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided lead data.Explain course details, benefits, and learning outcomes clearly and convincingly.Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads to convert them into confirmed admissions.Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.2. Student Counseling & Relationship ManagementUnderstand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.Handle objections professionally and guide students through the admission process.Maintain positive relationships to ensure trust and successful conversions.3. Lead Management & ReportingUpdate lead status, call outcomes, and follow-up details accurately in CRM/sheets.Prepare daily activity and conversion reports for the reporting manager.4.
