If you have 1 to 4 years of experience and expertise in Residential & Commercial Title Search processes, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:● Scrutinizing Recorded Documents: Carefully examine recorded trust deeds, contracts,and other legal documents that may impact property titles.● Locating Relevant Records: Locate tax records, judgments, liens, mortgages, andinformation related to bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings.● Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of property title information gathered duringthe title search examination.● Researching Conditions and Restrictions: Thoroughly research any conditions orrestrictions that may exist on property titles.● Summarizing Legal Details: Summarize pertinent legal or insurance details forexamination, proof, and ready reference by creating Title Commitments.Requirements:● Strong understanding of Title Insurance concepts such as Legal Description,Easements, CCR’s, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Mortgages & related documents, Probate,etc.● 2+ years of experience in the Title Search process.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.● Ability to thrive in a regular US shift work environment.● Proficiency in applications such as Qualia, State Capital, Netronline, Data Tree, DataTrace, MS Office, etc.● Creativity and agility in learning and training.For More Details: hr@
