Seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to lead operations and commercial excellence within the region. The role involves overseeing multi-site business operations, with a strong emphasis on P&L ownership, process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute operational and commercial strategy to support business growth and market share expansion - Lead improvements in safety, delivery performance, production efficiency, quality, and supply chain - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements - Collaborate with commercial and product teams to meet business objectives and foster a high-performance culture - Manage budgets and performance metrics, making strategic adjustments as needed - Champion operational excellence to enhance customer experience - Build and develop high-performing teams through talent acquisition and leadership development - Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and teamworkCandidate Profile:- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field - 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing industry. - Proven success in operational strategy, P&L management and driving profitability - Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards - Skilled in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies - Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
