Job Title

Position: Technical Program ManagerExperience Range: 5 to 8 yrsJob Location: BangaloreWork Mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)Required experience and skills:- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the IT industry. - At least 2 years of experience in project management, with the ownership of end-to-end delivery of the projects. - At least 1 year of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Customer-facing experience with good communication. - Experience coordinating with the clients, gather requirements, being SPOC for all the projects under the program. - Experience managing documentation for projects in a regulated industry following GDP. - Experience using project management methodologies (such as Agile) and tools (such as JIRA, Confluence). - Experience preparing status reports and decks for the leadership and client presentations. - Experience in people management and performance reviews of the team. - Ability to keep the team motivated and create an amicable environment to nurture innovation using latest technologies to achieve the project/product milestones. - Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks/requests and juggle between priorities for the projects. - Ability to understand high-level product architecture, experience working closely with technical teams.Desired experience and skills:- Experience in managing the data engineering / analytics / machine learning projects or products - Technical experience of using Python / R language with NoSQL DB for data engineering/analytics-related projects is good to have. - PMP certification / experience with PM processes per PMBOK - Experience with medical device development, related quality management processes, - Design History File (DHF) and preparing for external quality audits
