Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling solutions. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to ensure accurate financial processes, compliance, and efficient system usage.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support SAP FICO implementations and rollouts.Gather business requirements and configure SAP FICO modules.Manage Financial Accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.Configure and support Controlling components such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and CO-PA.Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Support data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, reports, and interfaces.Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.4+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO modules.Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout.Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.Understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance requirements.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Tools & Technologies (Preferred)SAP ECC and SAP /HANA FinanceSAP FioriSAP Solution ManagerData Migration tools and LSMWCertifications (Nice to Have)SAP FICO CertificationSAP S/HANA Finance CertificationWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to work on enterprise SAP finance transformation projectsExposure to global ERP implementationsCareer growth and certification support
