We have some brilliant minds with us, working on a mission to make 400 million Indian millennials investment-ready, with Senior Executives from Sequoia, Swiggy, Glance, Airtel, Uber, and institutions like ISB, NITs, and IIMs.Responsibilities:- Work with the Product team to develop UX and Ui for new and existing product modules- Conduct user reviews and research before and after building user experience both for web, IOS and Android App- Develop the design book for consistency across all platforms- Drive the user experience in alignment of the business goals- Align with company's CEO on user journeys being built across the app modules- Allign with Tech and Product Head on translating the business goals into user journey and further to product modules and tech requirements- Manage strict turn-around-time for each project given by company CEO and Product Head- Engage all the critical stakeholders - UI team and the Front End team while finalizing the design for new and existing modulesRequirements:- 5+ years' of experience as a Product Designer - Experience in designing user-focused fintech platforms--specifically in investments, trading, wealth management, or market analytics--would be a plus. - A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints - Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions to cross-functional teams - We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, a comprehensive benefits package.
