Position: Executive - Tendering/Bid/Proposals (Renewable Energy)Location: PuneJob Description- Responsible for preparation of tender documents for renewable sectors. Prior background in tendering (Renewable/Wind/Solar) will be preferred - Should have Proficiency in bid documentation for end-to-end Bid management/Tendering for Govt. clients/ PSUsRoles & Responsibilities:- Well versed with bidding process at government/ GEM portals. Downloading of tenders and maintaining database. - Preparing pre-qualification documents, EOI, Bids. - Coordinating with central functions for bid compliance (accounts, legal, FICO, etc.) - Generation of relevant MIS reports/ tender tracking updates - Maintaining documentation and correspondence of BD activities and updating of credentials on regular basis - Preparing all tender MISEducation:B. Tech Electrical, 3 – 5 years’ experience in Bid Management, Tendering, Gem Portal, Government Tender, PSU, Renewable/Wind/Solar.
