The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver quality talent in a fast-paced environment.Key ObjectivesManage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycleBuild and maintain strong relationships with IT professionalsImplement innovative sourcing and headhunting strategies aligned with market trendsDevelop robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needsKey ResponsibilitiesHandle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingSource candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and referralsCollaborate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring prioritiesWork on contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and full-time positionsManage candidates across different employment types (W2, C2C, 1099)Handle US visa categories such as H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT Maintain candidate databases and ensure an excellent candidate experienceDraft and publish job descriptions and actively engage candidates on social platformsRequired Skills & Qualifications1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (minimum 3 years in US IT recruitment preferred)Strong understanding of IT technologies and job requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven experience using job boards and recruitment tools/ATSStrong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environmentPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree (BE/BTech preferred)Strong knowledge of the US staffing industry, sourcing techniques, and market trendsProficiency in English and familiarity with the US IT talent marketJob DetailsRole: IT RecruiterOffice Location: Gomti Nager- Lucknow (Local Preferred)Industry: IT Services & Consulting / Recruitment & StaffingEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentInterview Mode: On-site Shift: Night Shift (07:00 PM IST – 04:00 AM IST)Experience: 1–4 YearsSalary: Best in the MarketEducation: Any Graduate (BE/BTech preferred)
