Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Interior Designer to lead and deliver premium interior projects across the hospitality and residential sectors for a design firm based out of Greater Kailash, Delhi. This role requires strong conceptual ability, technical expertise, and hands-on experience managing projects from design development through on-site execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a design-and-build / turnkey environment, collaborating with architects, engineers, and site teams to deliver high-quality interiors.Project Typology OverviewYou will work on a diverse portfolio including:Luxury hotels and hospitality interiorsHigh-end residential homes and farmhousesCorporate and commercial interior environmentsTurnkey interior projects with complete execution responsibilityKey ResponsibilitiesHandle interior design projects from concept to completion.Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and space planning solutions.Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and design documentation.Create presentation materials and sample boards for client approvals.Coordinate with architects, consultants, quantity surveyors, and contractors.Manage design development while aligning with budgets and timelines.Supervise site execution to ensure design intent, quality, and detailing are maintained.Conduct feasibility studies and cost considerations during design stages.Work collaboratively with internal design and technical teams.Stay updated with industry trends, materials, furniture, and best practices.RequirementsBachelor’s in Architecture or Interior Design is a must.4–8 years of professional experience in interior design.Mandatory experience in residential interior projects; hospitality exposure is a strong advantage.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and detailing.Ability to visualize concepts and communicate design ideas clearly to clients and teams.Good coordination skills and comfort working on site.Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and quality.Work ScheduleLocation: Greater Kailash, New DelhiWorking days: Monday - Saturday (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)Interested candidates may contact / 93590 34327 or 96677 70774 for any additional information requirements.
