Job Title: Manager - TALocation: Mumbai (Nesco - Goregaon)Job Purpose: To execute and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for shared services functions with a primary focus on Finance and additionally on HR, Supply management, command center and other Service Delivery roles. The role supports workforce fulfilment at junior to mid-levels, partnering closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality hiring. The incumbent is responsible for delivering to SLAs, driving process compliance, improving candidate experience, and contributing to sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.Main assignments:Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level positions across Finance, HR, Admin, and shared service delivery rolesConduct requirement gathering discussions with hiring managers and provide sourcing strategy inputSource candidates using job portals, internal databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and agenciesScreen and assess applicants based on job fit, skill sets, and cultural alignmentCoordinate interviews, feedback collection, offer discussions, and candidate engagement until joiningTrack hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, diversity mix) and provide weekly updatesEnsure compliance with documentation, approvals, and auditsMaintain a talent pipeline for recurring and volume-based rolesParticipate in walk-in drives, campus hiring, and other volume-based hiring programsMaintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate experience feedback.Person Specification: Degree in Human Resources/ Business Management7 - 8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition Exposure in a shared services or service-oriented setup is an advantage,Strong understanding of hiring practices across Finance, HR, and Support functionsProficient in using ATS, Excel, and sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsProcess-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume hiringCompetencies: Customer Focus: Understands hiring manager expectations and delivers effectively on role closuresDrives Results: Meets hiring SLAs, ensures offer-to-join ratios, and handles bulk requirements with efficiencyCommunicates Effectively: Manages candidate communication and internal reporting with clarityCollaborates: Works closely with internal and external stakeholders for hiring successDecision Quality: Shortlists quality candidates based on business and role understandingManages Ambiguity: Deals with evolving requirements and shifts in business prioritiesExecution Excellence: Adheres to defined TA processes and documentation rigorouslyCandidate Experience Orientation: Ensures timely feedback, engagement, and smooth onboarding journeyDrives Engagement: Keeps hiring teams informed, motivated, and aligned to goalsResourcefulness: Leverages available platforms and networks to meet hiring target
