As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing sales activities, developing strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, conducting product training, and creating sales strategies to meet company goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales management team to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.If you are from FMCG, real estate, insurance, or general sales — do not apply. ROLE: Solar Channel / EPC Sales (Target-Based) We are looking for hungry, field-oriented solar sales professionals who can generate business, close deals, and earn commissions. This is not a comfort salary role. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Sell solar inverters, batteries & EPC solutions Develop EPC / installer / distributor network Generate leads through field work & industry contacts Prepare quotations & close orders Achieve monthly revenue targets from Day 1 ✅ WHO SHOULD APPLY (MANDATORY): ✔ Experience in Solar / Renewable Energy sales ✔ Knowledge of inverters, EPC pricing, margins & payment cycles ✔ Comfortable with targets & field sales ✔ Can bring or develop EPC / installer contacts ✔ Based in or willing to work in Tricity (field plus office) ❌ WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY: ❌ Candidates asking for “no targets during probation” ❌ Candidates wanting only fixed salary ❌ Candidates expecting company-generated leads only ❌ Freshers or non-solar backgrounds Sales without targets is not sales. COMPENSATION: Fixed Salary: ₹25,000-40,000 (based on experience) High Commission Structure: % on net revenue (paid monthly) No income cap for performers Good performers earn much more than fixed-salary jobs.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their requirements. Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Training skills to educate customers or team members about products and services. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
