Recruitment & Onboarding Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding. Conduct induction sessions and maintain a strong talent pipeline. 2. Payroll & Compliance Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Manage benefits, reimbursements, and statutory compliance. Maintain payroll and attendance records. 3. Attendance & Leave Management Track attendance, leaves, and working hours in HRMS. Generate reports and ensure compliance with company policies. 4. HR Operations & Culture Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support HR policy implementation and engagement initiatives. Foster a positive, transparent workplace culture. 5. Employee Relations Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Handle grievances with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll.
