Ensure safe work practice in factory and zero accidents & follow ATFL safety policy. Follow proper work permit system & monitor machine interlock system to avoid accident. Provide training on first aid & Firefighting and buildup internal team in plant. HR to ensure min two trained persons in each shift Responsibilities Conduct job safety analysis area wise/ production line wise Train employees for work with safety Monthly checking of Fire extinguishers and Fire hydrants Monthly checking of First aid boxes Mock drill of Fire extinguishers and Fire hydrants Daily sharing of EHS report Safety slogans, posters etc. Issue work permit Ensure personnel safety Eliminate fire risk Ensure proper use of PPE Training and development Provide first aid as and when required Maintenance of First aid box First aid training Mock drill Requirements Qualification – Diploma in Industrial safety and security management Experience - 03 years’ minimum, Relevant: 1 -2 years
