Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. Generate a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into paying customers.Technical Product Demonstrations Demonstrate the portal's features such as job posting, database search, ATS, and recruitment tools. Understand client hiring needs and map them to product capabilities. Provide consultative solutions and address technical/product queries.Solution & Subscription Sales Sell subscription plans, resume database access, branded solutions, and enterprise hiring packages. Customize proposals based on client size and requirements. Handle negotiations, objections, closures, and onboarding.Account Management & Growth Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. Drive renewals, upsell add-on services, and increase revenue from existing accounts. Resolve client issues by coordinating with internal support teams. Targets & Reporting Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and acquisition goals. Track sales activities through CRM and prepare business reports.
