Position: Sales Specialist Experience: 5+ Years Location: Agra Mode: WFORoles & Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Lead Generation  Identify and acquire new clients (HR Heads, TA Managers, Hiring Leaders).  Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.  Generate a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into paying customers.Technical Product Demonstrations  Demonstrate the portal's features such as job posting, database search, ATS, and recruitment tools.  Understand client hiring needs and map them to product capabilities.  Provide consultative solutions and address technical/product queries.Solution & Subscription Sales  Sell subscription plans, resume database access, branded solutions, and enterprise hiring packages.  Customize proposals based on client size and requirements.  Handle negotiations, objections, closures, and onboarding.Account Management & Growth  Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.  Drive renewals, upsell add-on services, and increase revenue from existing accounts.  Resolve client issues by coordinating with internal support teams. Targets & Reporting  Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and acquisition goals.  Track sales activities through CRM and prepare business reports.  Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.Key Skills Required  Strong communication & negotiation skills  Experience in B2B or enterprise sales  Understanding of online job portals / recruitment platforms / SaaS  Ability to explain product features in simple terms  Target-driven with a strong sales personality  Ability to build and maintain client relationships
