Role Area Operations Manager Key Responsibilities 1.Manage a team of Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager of respective Loan Center 2.Responsible for Disbursements of all products in the Loan Center 3.Responsible of satisfactory services to Customer at the Loan Centers 4.Training the team to handle activities as per prevailing policies 5.Monitoring and Tracking Operations and Customer Service Metrics 6.Coordinate with Central Operations during daily course of activities 7.Coordinate with Credit & Sales stakeholders ensuring smooth flow of Operational Activities 8.Aim at reduction of Concurrent Audit and Internal Audit observations 9.Managing Customer escalations and provide resolutions to all the complaints 10.Ensuring achievement of Championship of Operations and Customer Services anizing comprehensive induction training and handholding till new Joiners settle down 12.Ensure achievement of Cross Sell targets of the Loan Center 13.Responsible for office Administration & Lobby Management of Loan Center 14.Monitor Vendor Relationship 15.Ensure that the Loan Centers complies with all the regulatory as well as bank policies Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: .Post-graduation / Graduation from a recognized institute Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: .Knowledge of banking products and services .Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms .Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language .Ability to manage complex client situations .Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
