The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining robust backend systems and APIs. As part of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and implement features, troubleshoot complex software issues, and contribute to architectural decisions to enhance system performance and scalability.Qualifications Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, with a strong understanding of Ruby on Rails. Comprehensive knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and practices. Hands-on experience with Model-View-Controller (MVC) frameworks and related design patterns. Ability to implement and follow Test Driven Development methodologies to ensure high-quality code. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Experience with database management systems, version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps best practices. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; relevant work experience can be considered. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development processes is advantageous.
