JD – PMO (Portfolio Management & Analytics Focus) This is a full-time position with D Square Consulting Services Pvt Ltd Required Experience: 5–8 years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Notice Period: Immediate to 15days may only apply   Job Summary We are seeking a PMO Specialist with strong Portfolio Analyst expertise to govern and manage a portfolio of Tech & Data initiatives. This role sits within the Project Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for portfolio-level financial management, investment tracking, analytics, and strategic alignment, while ensuring standardized PMO processes and tools are followed. The ideal candidate combines PMO governance and tooling knowledge with strong analytical, financial, and portfolio management capabilities to support executive decision-making in a fast-paced environment.  Must-Have Skills & Tools 3+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, or a related governance/analytics role Strong proficiency in Power BI, with hands-on experience building executive-level reports and dashboards Experience administering portfolio and PMO tools, including license management, configuration, and content updates (e.g., OKR tools, Mural, or similar platforms) In-depth knowledge of financial and portfolio governance practices, including: Financial analysis and reporting, Budget planning and tracking & Audit and compliance processes Experience working within a large, global, or matrixed organization (preferred) Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple portfolios, priorities, and stakeholders Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder-influencing skills Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and portfolio data Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across levels Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field  Good to Have Experience with enterprise portfolio management or PMO tools Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations Exposure to Agile methodologies, Lean practices, and IT demand prioritization  Key Responsibilities Govern and manage a portfolio of Tech & Data initiatives, including operational and run budgets, ensuring financial transparency and performance tracking Partner with a wide range of stakeholders, including Investment Owners, Delivery Teams, Finance, and Tech leadership, to support portfolio governance Collaborate with portfolio managers and business leaders to align investment priorities, funding, and strategic outcomes Develop and maintain portfolio, financial, and performance dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to support informed decision-making Generate analytics and insights to evaluate investment value, financial health, and spend efficiency Provide regular portfolio performance, financial, and OKR updates to senior management and governance forums Identify portfolio-level financial, delivery, and strategic risks, and recommend mitigation strategies Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact portfolio planning and governance Support and train investment owners on standardized PMO and financial governance processes and tools Drive process improvement and change management initiatives to enhance portfolio governance, financial discipline, and operational efficiency
