The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US staffing, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality IT talent across multiple skill sets under tight SLAs.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for Accenture client requirements, including W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring modelsWork directly with Accenture hiring managers, MSPs, and VMS platforms to understand role expectations and delivery timelinesSource, screen, and submit candidates for roles across Technology, Digital, Cloud, Data, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure domainsStrong experience with Accenture compliance, background checks, and onboarding processesMaintain high submittal-to-interview and interview-to-hire ratiosCoordinate with account managers, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure timely closuresEnsure adherence to US labor laws, visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, TN, EAD, CPT, OPT), and client policiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened IT consultantsProvide regular reporting on pipeline status, closures, and aging requirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of US IT recruitment experience, with proven Accenture client deliveryStrong knowledge of US staffing models, tax terms, and visa typesExperience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments with strict SLAsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in ATS and VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar preferred)Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independentlyStrong understanding of technical skills and IT job rolesPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience working with Tier-1 system integrators (Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc.)Exposure to MSP-driven environmentsTeam handling or mentoring junior recruitersKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Time-to-fillSubmission-to-interview ratioInterview-to-offer ratioClient satisfactionCompliance adherenceSameer DudekulaLead US IT Technical recruiterP : +1 832-699-5899 / +91-7780246304E: sameerd@
