People with 3-7 years of hands-on experience strategising and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns; some experience with Zepto/BlinkIt/Instamart, Snapchat, Bing, TikTok and Amazon ads preferred.Position: Performance Marketing ExecutiveLocation: MumbaiReporting to: FoundersObjective:Crave is a consumer brand startup that’s creating a new-age brand of nicotine consumables for the next generation of consumers in India.This role will focus on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Meta Ads, have some experience with Google Ads, and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution- Plan, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). - Continuously analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates. - Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.2. Data & Analytics- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of marketing campaigns. - Generate insights from performance data and recommend adjustments to strategy. - Set up conversion tracking and ensure proper attribution across marketing channels.3. Creative Collaboration- Work closely with the design and content teams to develop ad creatives that resonate with target audiences. - Provide insights on top-performing creatives and suggest iterations to improve engagement.4. Budget & Strategy- Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget efficiently. - Identify new opportunities for growth, including emerging ad formats, audience segments, and platform features. - Stay up to date with the latest Meta and Google Ads trends, algorithms, and policies.Qualifications:Experience: 3-7 years of hands-on experience strategising and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns; some experience with Zepto/BlinkIt/Instamart, Snapchat, Bing, TikTok and Amazon ads preferred.Skills:- Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and ad optimisation. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads Manager. - Ability to analyse data, extract insights, and drive strategy based on numbers. - Experience running A/B tests, optimising landing pages, and improving conversion rates. - Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives are a plus.Personal Qualities:- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive. - Passionate about consumer brands and digital marketing. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
