The Firm has a global reach, having the ability to serve clients in 100+ countries, including having served clients in the USA, UK, Israel, Spain, Germany, etc.For every client engagement that we work, “Quality is our Priority”, and we thrive for bringing value-add for our Clients through technical depth and operational efficiency.Maintaining the highest level of Work Ethics and Professional Excellence, we, through our 15+ strong leaders and talent-force of 300+ technically competent people, facilitate our client’s growth by helping them navigate their complex issues in the ever-dynamic global and local environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping- Maintain complete books of accounts for Indian clients as per applicable accounting standards - Record day-to-day transactions including: - Sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments - Bank and cash book entries - Journal entries and adjustments - Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations - Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts ReceivableCompliance & Reporting Support- Assist in preparation of: - Monthly MIS reports - Trial balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet - Support GST compliance: - Data preparation for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) - Reconciliation of GST data with books - Assist in TDS workings and return preparation - Coordinate with seniors/partners during audits and assessmentsClient & Process Management- Handle accounting for multiple Indian clients across industries - Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, timelines, and quality standards - Respond to client queries related to bookkeeping and accounts - Maintain proper documentation and working papersSoftware & Tools- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as: - Tally Prime / Tally ERP - Zoho Books / QuickBooks (India) - Working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)Key Skills & Competencies- Strong understanding of Indian accounting practices - Working knowledge of GST & TDS concepts - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines - Good communication and coordination skillsPreferred Candidate Profile- Prior experience in CA firm or outsourcing accounting setup - Exposure to handling end-to-end bookkeeping for Indian entities - Self-motivated and process-driven approachResponsibilities- Build and maintain client relationships - Track and record metrics throughout sales process - Meet and exceed financial goals - Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledgeQualifications- Bachelor's degree / / Semi Qualified CA 1-3 years of business experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
