US Recruitment ManagerCompany: Employvision Inc.Location: Bangalore – OnsiteShift: Night Shift (6 – 3 AM IST)We are looking for a strong US Recruitment Manager to take care of Bangalore offshore Branch.This is a leadership position for someone who can manage teams, drive performance, Coach and ensure high-quality delivery for Direct Clients & MSP accounts.Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters. - Responsible for internal hiring and get A players. - Drive delivery for Direct Clients, MSP/VMS accounts (IT + non-IT). - Ensure team meets hiring targets, SLAs, and client expectations. - Strategize sourcing plans and maintain strong candidate pipelines. - Work closely with clients, ensure smooth communication, and manage escalations. - Hands-on involvement in critical/hard-to-fill roles when needed.Requirements- Aptitude, attitude, integrity and the right communication skills are very important for this role of Recruitment Delivery Manager, US Recruitment. - Experience with managing offshore recruitment team highly desired - 5+ years of US IT Recruitment and US IT Staffing experience and at least 3-5 years of experience managing a team of recruiters - Have an eye for resume, process and innovation - Good understanding of IT and related areas. - Train and mentor the junior recruiters. - Experience working with revenue and placement targets and competent enough to achieve them - Are ambitious, motivated, & career-driven - Are outgoing & social, the kind who makes new friends easily - Are a great communicator: in-person, on the phone, and in writing - Are positive-minded, team-oriented and coach-able for personal improvement - Believe in working hard to achieve your goals
