Discover how Uniify makes every employee interaction meaningful by visiting .Location:Remote Experience:0–2 years Preferred qualification:MBA in HR / People ManagementAbout the roleWe’re looking for an Employee Engagement Specialist with a strongemployee experience mindsetto help design, run, and scale engagement initiatives across multiple client organizations using the Uniify platform.This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who believe engagement is not an event, but an everyday experience shaped by communication, culture, wellbeing, and meaningful interactions.You’ll work at the intersection ofHR practice, brand storytelling, and product feedback , gaining exposure that most early HR roles don’t offer.What you’ll work on• Planning and executing employee engagement initiatives across multiple client organizations • Activating engagement through tools such as surveys, polls, recognition, communities, challenges, and wellbeing nudges • Designing engagement calendars aligned to client objectives and workforce needs • Partnering closely with theBrand Communications teamto ensure engagement initiatives are communicated clearly, creatively, and consistently • Partnering with theProduct teamby sharing structured feedback, insights, and patterns received from clients and users • Supporting client HR teams in understanding engagement outcomes and participation trends • Analyzing engagement data and helping translate insights into actionable recommendations • Documenting best practices, success stories, and repeatable engagement playbooksWho should apply• MBA HR graduates or students with a strong interest in Employee Engagement and Experience • 0–2 years of experience in HR, engagement, internal communications, or people-focused roles • Familiarity with employee engagement or HR tech tools is strongly preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate across teams and think from both employee and employer perspectives • A genuine passion for building better workplace experiencesWhy this role is special• Work onreal engagement programs across multiple organizations , not just one company • Gain hands-on exposure to how engagement isdesigned, executed, measured, and improved • Build a rare blend of HR practice, brand thinking, and product feedback skills • Develop a strong foundation for long-term careers in Employee Experience, HRBP, or People Strategy • Be part of a team that practices what it advocates in employee engagement
