With our team of professionals who have extensive domain and technical knowledge, we are committed to making long-term efforts to fulfil this vision through our technical innovation, client services, expertise, and capability expansion.Role Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clean energy system analyst who has experience in Energy sector like Coal Fired Power Plants, Natural Gas plants, Renewables (wind & solar), Emerging technologies like Green hydrogen etc. to join our team. The analyst will be responsible for researching and analyzing use cases in Fossil fuel to clean energy system transition.Key Tasks & Accountability:- Work on Fossil fuel to Clean Energy transition Systems. - Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within energy systems. - Work on use cases related to transition of High emitting sectors in Energy to Low/No Carbon. - Collect and clean data on generation, demand, emissions, prices, and project performance for solar, wind, storage, hydrogen, etc. - Build and run models: project finance models, LCOE/LCOS, dispatch or portfolio models, market forecasts, and policy/price scenarios. - Assess projects and portfolios: site resource analysis, yield estimates, grid constraints, curtailment risk, and revenue stacking opportunities (PPAs, markets, incentives). - Keeping track on the Renewable Energy market around the globe.Education and Experience:Domain expertise and qualifications include, but are not limited to:- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree relevant to the energy, engineering, environmental science, or a related field. - Should have experience of 1-5 years in Energy SectorSkills:- Strong Excel and at least one of Python or R. - Experience in technoeconomic models (LCOE/LCOS). - Comfort with powersector data: load, prices, generation, emissions time series. - Understanding of power systems, solar, wind, storage, and basic grid concepts. - Knowledge of policies, PPAs, open access/markets, and REC/GC or carbon instruments. - Familiarity with netzero, Scope 2, and corporate decarbonisation ideas.What you will do:- Should have knowledge of Energy sectors like Coal Fired Power Plants, Natural Gas plants, Renewables (wind & solar), Emerging technologies like Green hydrogen etc. - Collect and clean data on generation, demand, prices, emissions, and policies for renewables and grids. - Build simple to advanced models: project returns, LCOE, scenarios, and forecasts for solar, wind, storage, etc - Evaluate projects and portfolios: resource quality, grid access, curtailment risk, PPA or tariffWhat you will bring:- A team player with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. - A self-motivator and a collaborative team player. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to assume leadership roles when necessary. - Agile, action oriented and a quick learner. - Out of box thinker. - Startup DNA → bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, love for fast iteration, and flexible and growth mindset.Why Join Us- Shape a first-of-its-kind AI + clean energy platform. - Work with a small, mission-driven team obsessed with impact. - An aggressive growth path. - A chance to leave your mark at the intersection of AI, energy and sustainability.
