Coordinate with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and build a robust recruitment pipeline. Manageonboardingandorientation of newhires, ensuring smooth integration into the plant operations Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for employees. Employee Relations: Addressgrievances and ensure timely resolution of employee issues. Actasabridge betweenemployeesand management to maintain a positive work environment. Managedisciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and employee counseling as required. HROperations: Overseedaily HR operations, including attendance management, leave administration, and payroll support. Maintainaccurate HR records. Labor Laws & Compliance: Ensurecompliance with local labor laws and regulations. Manageplant-specific HR policies and procedures, including safety protocols, and update them as per legal requirements. Performance Management: Assistinimplementingtheperformancemanagementsystem. Facilitateannualperformanceappraisals,feedbacksessions,andactionplanningfor employeedevelopment. Health,Safety&Welfare: Ensurethatallplantemployeesfollowhealthandsafetyprotocols.
