Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Analyst to support and enhance our Human Capital Management suite, focusing on Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and business processes, with the curiosity and drive to grow into a broader implementation and support role. The candidate will be involved with end-to-end implementation projects as well as supporting post implementation. Key Responsibilities • Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle HCM Cloud modules — Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll. • Assist in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and documentation for new business needs or enhancements. • Configure system setups, business rules, fast formulas, lookups, and value sets in Oracle HCM Cloud. • Support testing preparations and validations during configuration and implementation • Partner with HR, Payroll, and Technical teams to resolve functional issues and improve end-user experience. • Participate in testing cycles (unit testing, UAT, regression testing) and document results. • Assist with quarterly release assessments, testing, and implementation of new features. • Support report generation and analysis using OTBI, BI Publisher, and dashboard configurations. • Troubleshoot integration and data issues in coordination with technical teams. • Maintain documentation for configurations, process flows, and change management. Qualifications & Skills-Required Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or HRIS Specialist supporting Oracle HCM Cloud (any combination of Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, or Payroll). • Foundational understanding of HCM business processes (hire to retire, benefits enrollment, compensation cycles, payroll lifecycle). • Experience or familiarity with HCM data maintenance, HDL/HSDL, and BI reporting tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Solid understanding of HCM data model and security framework. • Effective communication and documentation skills for interacting with business stakeholders and technical teams. • Experience with at least 2 end to end implementation engagements in Oracle HCM Cloud • Fluent in English, with written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with global clients and stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills - Preferred (Good to have) Preferred (Good to have): • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s) in one or more modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, or Payroll). • Experience in end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects. • Familiarity with security roles, approval workflows, and Fast Formulas.
