Principal Program Manager – Occupational Health & Safety (India Plants & Offices)We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) initiatives across multiple plants and offices in India. This is a key leadership role that ensures the well-being of our employees and the safety of our operations.Location: HosurDepartment: SustainabilityWhat you’ll do:- Develop and implement robust OHS strategies and programs. - Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards. - Lead and mentor health & safety teams across locations. - Drive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into business operations.What we’re looking for:- Master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. - 15–20 years of experience in OHS leadership roles. - Exposure to DuPont Safety Management Systems is an added advantage.If you are passionate about creating a safe and sustainable workplace, we’d love to hear from you
