Role : Senior Network EngineerExperience : 5 - 8 yearsLocation : PuneInterview Date : 29 Nov 2025Face to face Interview : Sahyadri Park 1, Hinjewadi Phase 3, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Pune 411057- Handle more advance and complex issues that L1 engineers cannot resolve, deeper analysis into network problems and may perform root cause analysis - Support Configuration and manage Next Gen Firewalls such as Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco ASA, FTD. This includes performing changes based on request and project requirements - Also able to manage & support SASE solutions such as Palo Alto Prisma Access, Zscaler, NetSkope as well as SD-WAN Solutions such as Cisco Viptela, FortiNet SD-WAN, HP SilverPeak - Manages the incidents escalated from L1 team and coordinate with other teams as necessary to resolve the issues - Analyze network performance and make recommendations for improvements - Identify areas of service improvement plan and implement the improvement plan - Maintain detailed records of network configuration, changes, and incident for future reference - Maintain the architecture diagram with minimal or less modification as and when design changes - Perform regular upgrades of network operating systems for all categories - Supported network solutions - Prepare the technical implementation plan for all config changes with detailed plan and participate and present it in CAB and get the approval - Perform and maintain IP address management for all sites including data center - Perform VPN configuration related changes and troubleshooting - Support routing changes based on service requests in network devices - Support and coordinate for any faulty hardware replacement with vendors and plan and replace the hardware with approved change window - New Line commissioning and link migration in Client office in coordination with regional site contacts
