Role : Interior Designer Location: Delhi Experience: 5 – 7 Years Industry: Real Estate / Luxury Residential Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 5–7+ years of experience in delivering high-end luxury real estate projects . The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, deep knowledge of premium materials, and proven experience in managing projects from concept to execution while collaborating with architects, consultants, and clients. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end interior design development for luxury residential, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects . Conceptualize design themes, space planning, layouts, and detailed interior solutions aligned with brand and client expectations. Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, 3D visuals, and presentations to stakeholders and clients. Develop detailed drawings, specifications, BOQs, and material schedules for execution. Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless execution. Oversee project execution on-site, ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, timelines, and budgets . Source and specify premium materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and bespoke elements . Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and snag-list reviews to ensure high-quality delivery. Mentor and guide junior designers and draftsmen. Stay updated on global luxury design trends, materials, technologies, and sustainability practices . Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture . 5 – 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of luxury real estate projects . Proven experience handling high-value residential, villas, luxury apartments, hotels, or premium commercial spaces . Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office (or equivalent tools). Strong understanding of construction detailing, joinery, lighting design, FF&E, and material specifications . Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills . Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
