A Reputed IT MNC is hiring Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) and deep hands-on knowledge of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO). Experience: 11 years - 14 yearsThe ideal candidate will design, architect, and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions for consumer goods organizations, focusing on enabling trade promotion strategies, optimizing retail execution, and driving ROI on promotional spend. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, functional consulting, and industry expertise in Consumer Goods and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods). Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of IT experience, with 6+ years in Salesforce ecosystem. Working as a Salesforce Architect or Lead in large-scale implementations. Proven expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC), with focus on TPM & TPO modules. Strong understanding of consumer goods industry processes: trade promotions, retail execution, sales planning, and distributor management.Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM for trade promotion analytics.Hands-on expertise with Salesforce core modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).Solid knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and Integration Patterns.Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365) for promotion settlements and financial postings.Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect (preferred).Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant certification (preferred).Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
