Google Ads Expert (d2c only!)Experience: 3-5 years Job Location: Kirloskar Business Park, Hebbal, Bengaluru. We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective advertising strategies to drive website traffic, and sales for our brand.Key Responsibilities:Execute, optimise and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across various channels including keyword selection, ad copy creation, budget allocation, and bid management, to maximise conversions and achieve predetermined KPIs.Conduct comprehensive market research, including keyword analysis and audience research, to identify target audience segments and optimise advertising strategies accordingly.Implement effective tracking mechanisms, such as conversion tracking and ROI using analytics tools, to measure campaign performance and gather insightful data for continuous improvement.Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, generate reports, and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.Create compelling ad copies and A/B test various ad creatives to enhance click-through and conversion rates.Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop landing pages and assets aligned with campaign strategies.Utilise advanced features of Google Ads and AdWords, including re-marketing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies, to enhance campaign effectiveness.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.Generate comprehensive reports and present actionable insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.Requirements:3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with proven track record of successful PPC campaign, Google Ads management and optimisation.In-depth understanding of SEM and digital marketing concepts, Google Analytics and other analytics tools.Experience with e-commerce platforms and shopping campaigns.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email marketing).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Capable of managing advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance.Google Ads certification is a plus.
