Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will facilitate agile development processes, coordinate sprint planning, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The role involves fostering team collaboration, assisting in the creation of user stories, removing obstacles, and maintaining focus on iterative progress. The Scrum Master will also liaise between stakeholders and the development team to promote transparency and communication across all phases of the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proficiency in sprint planning and creating effective user storiesStrong analytical skills to assess project progress and identify areas for improvementExcellent communication skills to facilitate team discussions and stakeholder engagementFamiliarity with software development processes and methodologiesExperience in conflict resolution and team facilitationCertification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly desirableStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesExperience working in technology or IT project environments is a plus
