Project Manager EPC / Automation / Turnkey Projects Profile Summary Results-driven Project Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience in the execution of industrial EPC, automation systems, and turnkey projects. Strong expertise in reading and interpreting tenders, BOQs, BOMs, and technical specifications, translating them into executable site plans. Adept at site visits, material planning, vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, installation supervision, and commissioning. Known for independent ownership of timelines, strong field understanding, and clear technical communication in English. Key Skills & Competencies - EPC Project Execution & Turnkey Installations - Tender Reading, BOQ/BOM Analysis & Technical Specifications - Site Surveys, Requirement Assessment & Execution Planning - Industrial Automation (PLC, Control Panels, Instrumentation) - Material Requirement Planning (MRP) - Vendor Management & Procurement Coordination - Project Scheduling, Tracking & Reporting - Installation, Testing & Commissioning Supervision - MS Excel (Trackers, Costing, Schedules), Project Tools - Documentation, Compliance & Project Closure Roles & Responsibilities - Study and interpret tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications to understand complete project scope. - Conduct site visits to assess real-time conditions, collect inputs, identify risks, and plan execution methodology. - Prepare detailed material requirement lists BOM and support commercial & technical offer preparation. - Coordinate with engineering, sales, and QA teams to collect technical documents, drawings, datasheets, and certifications. - Manage procurement activities, including vendor identification, RFQs, follow-ups, delivery tracking, and cost control. - Develop and monitor project execution schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation. - Supervise on-site installation, erection, cabling, panel integration, testing, and commissioning activities. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve site and technical issues. - Ensure on-time delivery, adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and contractual requirements. - Maintain complete project documentation, progress reports, MOMs, and final handover/closure records.
