Key Responsibilities.Maintain spares inventory to avoid downtimeConduct regular safety inspections to identify unsafe conditions and practices, and initiate corrective and preventive measures to strengthen the safety systemOrganize and conduct safety training programs to enhance safety awareness and competency of shop floor employees and contract workmenSupport environmental management activities such as monitoring and operation of STP, ETP, and RO plants, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standardsCoordinate with various departments for hazard identification, risk assessment (HIRA), and implementation of control measures.Reduce operating cost through energy-efficient and sustainable practices RequirementsStrong understanding of EHS management systems, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.Good knowledge of environmental systems such as STP/ETP/RO and waste management practices.Effective communication, training, and coordination skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proactive approach to safety and environmental complianceProficiency in local languages and English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with employees and stakeholdersKnowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Strong learning agility and continuous improvement mindset
