Talent Acquisition, Business HR, HR Operations & Leaning will report in apart from relevant COE functions connected to these domains.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Expert to lead various Automation Initiatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various Automation initiatives including improvements, maintenance, and optimization of our ERP system. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system meets the needs of various departments and supports the company's overall goals and objectives.Responsibilities: Lead the process improvement initiatives, ERP configuration, Enhancements/ Customizations, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ERP system to meet business needs, including integrations with other systems and data sources.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP system users, resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to business operations.Coordinate regular system and control audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with established policies and procedures.Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for the ERP system as well as other functional tools used by Finance & Accounts team.Collaborate with IT and other cross-functional teams to coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and training to end-users on Automation thru ERP system, functionality and best practices.Qualifications: Masters’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.6-8 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP systems from Finance functional point of view. Experience in Travel industry shall be added advantage.Relevant Experience with Microsoft Dynamics shall be a plus.Strong understanding of business processes and requirements, with the ability to translate them into technical solutions within the ERP system.Proficiency in ERP system administration, configuration, and customization.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
