This is a commercial technology product built for private schools, not a social or NGO initiative.Role SummaryWe are hiring paid Field Research Associates to conduct structured, on-ground research on how schools currently use digital tools for academics, communication, administration, and reporting.This role requires direct school visits, professional interaction with staff, and disciplined data collection. It is suited for candidates who are comfortable with field work and outcome-based targets.Compensation • Base pay: ₹800 per day • Performance incentive: ₹200–₹300 per verified school interaction • Expected earning: ₹6,000–₹7,000 per week (based on targets)Payments are made weekly based on verified submissions.Weekly Targets • Minimum: 8 schools per week • Standard: 10–12 schools per week • Stretch: 15 schools per weekKey Responsibilities • Visit assigned schools in person • Conduct short, structured conversations with: • Principals • Teachers • School administrators • Capture information on: • Digital tools currently used (ERP, WhatsApp, portals, spreadsheets, etc.) • Daily workflows and pain points • Gaps in communication and reporting • Submit clear, accurate notes using the provided format • Meet weekly visit and quality targetsWhat Counts as a Valid School Interaction • Physical visit to the school • Interaction with a relevant authority (teacher/admin/principal) • Completed questionnaire with clear responses • School name, role spoken to, date, and key insightsIdeal Candidate Profile • Comfortable with field visits and professional conversations • Clear spoken communication • Ability to document insights accurately • Self-driven and target-oriented • Prior field survey / sales / research experience is a plusWhat This Is (Important) • This is not a volunteer role • This is not a social service or NGO assignment • This is paid field research for a commercial technology productWhat We Offer • Weekly payouts • Clear targets and expectations • Experience working with a founder-led technology startup • Certificate of experience on successful completion • Potential continuation in paid roles for strong performersHow to ApplySend a short message with: • Your location • Availability (days per week) • Any prior field experience (if any)Mail us your interest @HR@/ DM us
