Jobs Title: Technical Manager - Tanks IntegrityLocation: Bangalore, KAExperience needed: 15 to 20 YearsJob RequirementsProvide strong technical leadership in Mechanical Integrity FE domain (Storage Tanks) for Oil & Gas assetsProvide technical solution in the area of Tankage Asset IntegrityHas ability to provide innovative solutions /automations/ methodologies to build a differentiation for QuestDrive and manage Engineers to execute Tanks Integrity workflows with Quality at scaleProvide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assignedDrive core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competencyCoordinate the activities between customer, sales organization and global technical teamsFlexible to make short business trips to offshore offices & sitesLead, develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needsReview technical scoping, estimation, perform feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and design solutionsWork ExperienceEngineering degree in (Mechanical/Materials or Chemical) engineering15+ years of oil gas experience in related industry (refining/petrochemical/LNG/oil & gas)Should have sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream business in the following areasRisk Based Inspection methodologiesFixed equipment inspection tasks/ proceduresInspection OptimizationIn-service & Shutdown inspection experience of all types of Storage TanksFitness for Service & Life extension studies for Storage TanksRepair scope preparationAPI Damage Mechanisms of Refinery/ChemicalsFamiliarity with codes and standardsKnowledge of corrosion & weldingKnowledge of NDTs (Inspection Techniques)Thickness inspection management and analysisCorrosion management and analysisInspection plan development/ optimization.Knowledge of software (APM Meridium/Pestra/Credo, etc.) added advantageExcellent verbal & written communicationShould have working knowledge of oil and gas plant operationsShould have exposure to Operating condition Safety, SHE risks, spill/ safety incident and equipment failure opportunitiesShould have Knowledge of various roles and responsibilities of engineers working in the oil and gas field/siteShould have knowledge of corrective and preventative maintenance strategyShould have knowledge of International standards in design, quality, and procedures for approved equipmentWorking knowledge in key sections of ASME Sec Div. 1/2, ASME Sec V, ASME Sec IX, ASME Sec Il, ASME B31.3/ B31.1/ B31.4/ B31.8, ASME PCC-2Field in-service inspection and repair of pressure equipment, heat exchangers, piping systems, pressure relief devices and above ground storage tanks in operating unitExperience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)Strong verbal/ written communication skills in EnglishGood interpersonal skills, adaptability and working collaboratively with the other teamsWilling to work in shift timings with flexibility to meet business needsFlexible to work in different locations depending on business requirementFlexibility to travel internationally as per business needsGood to have skills:Certification and in-depth working knowledge in API 580, API 510, API 570, API 571 , API 653, BSI ISO/ ENI AS Standards, AWS/ CSWIP/ ASNT NDT TechniquesExperience with Meridium/Credo/Pestra and SAPImplementation of Automation, AI, IOT techniques in Oil & Gas Portfolio
