This role is critical in driving HR strategies aligned with business objectives while ensuring a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement, conflict resolution, attrition management, performance management, and daily HR activities. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Induction: Manage seamless onboarding processes for new hires. Conduct orientation sessions and ensure cultural integration. Employee Engagement: Design and implement engagement programs to boost morale and productivity. Organize events, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction. Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers to resolve workplace issues. Ensure fair and timely handling of grievances and disciplinary matters. Attrition Management: Analyze attrition trends and develop retention strategies. Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable insights to leadership. Performance Management: Drive performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely feedback. Support managers in goal-setting and employee development plans. HR Operations: Oversee daily HR activities, compliance, and policy implementation. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure adherence to labor laws. Qualifications & Skills Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Experience: 8+ years in HRBP or similar roles, preferably in mid-sized IT/Tech companies. Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
