This is a long-term, relationship-led role for someone who can influence hiring managers, build trust fast, and bring strong delivery plus early careers expertise.Key responsibilitiesOwn end-to-end recruitment across priority functions (India-heavy), including sourcing, stakeholder management, interviews, offers and closes. Act as a true business partner to hiring managers: build credibility, diagnose needs, advise on process, and influence decisions. Build and scale employee referrals (program design, comms, engagement, measurement). Lead early careers hiring (high priority) including career fairs. Drive proactive sourcing via LinkedIn and market mapping for niche/critical roles. Take ownership of reporting and hiring insights (free rein to improve and standardise). Support a fast-changing environment with maturity, pace, and a “steady hands” approach.What we’re looking forProven in-house or agency recruitment experience within Telecoms / Media (or closely aligned sectors). Cloud and Ai recruiting experience. Strong business partnering skills, able to push back calmly and influence outcomes (“make it feel like their idea”). Confident stakeholder manager who can earn trust quickly and work as a close partner to Hena. Strong sourcing capability, especially LinkedIn and referral-led hiring. Early careers and career fairs experience strongly preferred. Global mindset: understands cultural nuance and can operate across geographies. Language: Fluent English; Hindi preferred. HR systems: Darwinbox ideal (not essential).
