It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience.>>About the Role: The Business Analyst – ICCC Expert will play a key role in enabling technology solutions for Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) and related platforms. The role focuses onsystem integration, technical troubleshooting, and technology enablementwithout vendor management responsibilities.>>Key Responsibilities: ICCC & PAVAN Technical Support : Design, configure, and optimize ICCC dashboards and data pipelines; integrate PAVAN portal for real-time air quality monitoring. System Architecture & Interoperability : Support microservices-based architecture and API integrations with external systems (CPCB, SPCBs, IMD, ISRO, VAHAN); ensure compliance with IndEA, GIGW, and CERT-In guidelines. Data Management & Analytics : Enable ingestion of multi-source data (sensors, satellite feeds, enforcement reports); support analytics and visualization for KPIs and predictive models. Security & Compliance : Adhere to cybersecurity protocols (SSL/TLS, RBAC, VAPT); maintain audit trails and assist in security reviews. Operational Support : Troubleshoot ICCC and PAVAN modules; assist CAQM teams in system stabilization and performance tuning. Documentation & Training : Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides; support capacity-building initiatives for CAQM and stakeholders.>>Required Qualifications & Experience: B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA / M.Tech. Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale e-Governance projects or ICCC implementations. Hands-on experience with ICT systems, cloud platforms, data integration, and real-time monitoring solutions.>>Preferred Skills: Familiarity withJava/Spring Boot ,React/Angular ,PostgreSQL , and open-source technology stacks. Understanding of air quality monitoring systems, IoT, and real-time data analytics.>>Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge ofcloud infrastructure ,API integration ,data lakes , andGIS-based dashboards .
